“Water Is Life”

This is a video exploring the intricate and kinetic visual and reflective qualities of water. It was created for a large-scale video wall installation. 

I live and work in New York City just a couple blocks from the Hudson River. I often walk along the river and have long been captivated by the dynamic, and constantly changing patterns of light and color captured on the water's surface. Furthermore, it is not lost on me that water is the foundational and essential ingredient of all life on Earth. Without it, there would be no life as we know it. We are water. Water is life.
